proceed to vendor selection and fill out the email,password,name and shop name:
When a seller registers an account for the first time in a Marketplace powered by Astor, they get the opportunity of using this wizard.

What is a store?
Store is the place where you will showcase all your products in an interactive design. From the store a customer will get your product, contact information, store location, and all other information in one view. You will see the page by navigating to Vendor Dashboard → Visit Your Store .
After clicking ‘Let’s Go!’ button, the wizard takes you to the store setup page where you have to provide details about your store. You can set how many products will be shown in your store.
Besides that, you can include your address and other relevant information. In addition, you can define whether you want to display your email address in the store or not. When are you done, click on the Continue button.
Please Note: You can skip this step, but you have to include this information later from your Store Setting page.
The next step helps you to configure your Withdraw options. You can include-
- PayPal Email
- Bank Information including account name, account number, bank name, bank address and SWIFT code
After providing all the information, click on the Continue button. It will show you a confirmation message and ask you to go to your store dashboard. You can also return to the marketplace by clicking on the link at the bottom of the wizard

Vendor Dashboard
The Vendor Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your store and activities, allowing you to efficiently manage your store while gaining valuable insights. It also offers recommendations on how to enhance your store’s appeal to customers. Through the dashboard, you can access key information such as store performance, page views, orders, earnings, reviews, and product listings. Additionally, the announcement section keeps you informed with the latest updates and notices from the platform administrator.
Withdraw earning
The sellers can withdraw earnings through different payment methods in the astor marketplace.
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
- Wirecard
- Skrill
Configuring Payment Method
Vendors need to configure the payment methods in order to withdraw their earnings. To do that, they need to go to Vendor Dashboard–> Settings–> Payment.
The vendor will find all the payment methods available to him/her. However, he/she can also add a payment method by clicking the ” Add Payment Method” button. But, the vendor can only add a payment method if the admin has enabled them from the backend.
To configure a payment method, the vendor needs to click the Manage button beside the methods,
Then they need to the email address connected to PayPal, WireCard, Skrill or add the bank name and account number for Bank Transfer and hit the Update Settings button to finish.
Total Earning
Seller could view his total earnings from the withdrawal page.
Withdraw Approve Notification
Seller will get email notification when his withdrawal request gets approved by the admin.
Product upload:
Our product upload allows you to export or import your products along with its details. It supports .xml and .csv format files and uses standard WordPress export and Import API.
Log in to your vendor account. Navigate to Vendor Dashboard→Tools.
Select the Import tab.
Importing as XML
If you want to import your data and information as XML, just select your existing .xml file by clicking on Browse. Then click the red Import button.
Importing Products as CSV File
To import your backed up products as CSV, click on the Import button.
Choose the CSV file from your computer you want to import and click on the Continue button. On the next step, you will have to map columns and finally import. When the process is complete, you will get a confirmation message. Now you can check your products on the listing page.

Vendors can also use this feature from their Product listing page.
Navigate to Vendor Dashboard → Products.
You will notice two buttons at top left corner titled – Import
Click on the buttons to get started with the same process.
If bulk upload isn’t required there’s an option for adding new product feature manually:
Proceed to fill out all related attributes include title, Product type, category, descriptions, SKU and variation attributes after submitting the add new product request:

1.How much will the vendor be charged for each sale?
→ We charge 10%
- Is it possible for a person to be a vendor and buyer using a single account?
→ If a user registers as a vendor the user role will be a vendor. But a vendor is able to buy a product from other vendors, the user role will not be changed in this case.
- Can I create a variable product in Astor Marketplace?
→ Yes, you can upload variable products from the vendor dashboard.
4.How do I withdraw my earnings?
→ Vendors can withdraw their earnings by navigating to the “Withdraw” section in their vendor dashboard and selecting the preferred payment method. Withdrawals are processed within 2-3 business days.
5.Can I manage multiple stores under a single vendor account?
→ No, each vendor account is tied to a single store. If you need multiple stores, you must register separate vendor accounts for each store.
6.What types of products are prohibited on Astor Marketplace?
→ Prohibited items include illegal substances, counterfeit goods, and any products that violate our terms of service. Please refer to our vendor guidelines for a complete list.
7.How do I handle customer returns?
→ Vendors are responsible for managing their own return policies. You can set your return policy in your vendor dashboard, and customers will contact you directly for returns. Make sure your policy is clear to avoid disputes.
8.Can I offer discounts or coupons on my products?
→ Yes, vendors can create and manage their own discounts or coupons from the vendor dashboard. You can specify the discount type, amount, and duration.
